Southern Cross Safety & Workwear Pty Ltd was established in early 2013 to fill a void in the Regional Queensland and Northern territory safety equipment and workwear space, offering a complete one-stop service that comes to you.

Most larger Australian cities are fairly well served with warehouse style shops people can wander into and select off the rack, but few will travel out to where the work gets done, whether thats in remote Western Queensland, Cape York, Torres Straits or the Northern Territory.

In late 2016 with continued growth of the business, we moved to larger premises in Smithfield, a Northern Beaches suburb of Cairns, and also opened up a retail presence to better service many of our local customers in Cairns, Atherton Tablelands and Mossman/Port Douglas region who did not want to travel into the Cairns CBD.

Southern Cross Safety & Workwear staff bring a unique mix of a corporate environment, and understanding of the often competing corporate needs of OH&S, Purchasing and Management generally, with the practical background of use of such equipment and how different individual personnel have different needs.

Our staff spend plenty of time remote and on the ground, working with our clients on their worksites to ensure that their needs are being met in terms of staff safety, OH&S reporting, budget limitations and logistics.
