Placing an order
Any order placed by you in the manner described in this Website is an offer by you to purchase Goods for the price (including the delivery and other charges) specified at the time you place your order.
Any contract for purchases made through this Website will be with Southern Cross Safety & Workwear Pty Ltd (SCSW) of Units 1-2 / 4 Mt Finnigan Crt. Smithfield Qld 4878.
You acknowledge that by placing an order on this Website, you are agreeing to pay for and accept delivery of the goods ordered.
All goods remain the property of SCSW until payment has been received in full.
Stock Availability
Whilst every effort is made to ensure stock availability is correct and up to date, naturally, inventory in stores will fluctuate and may result in the website incorrectly displaying stock levels. We are entitled to withdraw from any contract that cannot be fulfilled due to discontinuation or lack of stock. SCSW will do its utmost to maintain inventory accuracy on the website.
Acceptance & Rejection of Orders
After you place an order, we reserve the right to accept, refuse, or limit your order for any reason, including, but not limited to, the unavailability of a product or errors in the prices and product descriptions posted on this Website.
We reserve the right to cancel your order if you provide incorrect personal details, use of an unauthorised credit card, payment is not successful, there is an error in the price of the product or the product becomes unavailable.
Should an advertised product not be available for any reason, SCSW will contact you to discuss an alternate product at similar quality and price. If an alternate product is not available and payment for that product has been taken, then payment for the product will be refunded to your original payment method.
Once the order is dispatched for delivery, you are unable to cancel your order. You may return the order as outlined in our Returns & Exchanges Policy.
